Bruce Lee

In over three decades of law practice, Bruce has been involved in handling many complex legal matters, developing recognized expertise in civil litigation, as well as corporate commercial transactions. There are very few areas of the law in which he has not been involved. He is comfortable in mediating a wide variety of legal disputes. He has appeared as counsel on many mediations, and presently acts as a mediator about nine times per month. He has been involved both as counsel and as a mediator in many complex multi-party disputes, involving personal injury, environmental, and corporate commercial disputes. He has acted a Plan Counsel for the Walkerton Compensation Plan since March of 2001, a process which has involved participation in a large number of dispute resolution sessions. He takes great satisfaction in assisting parties in resolving their cases.

Milena Protich

Milena possesses extensive experience and expertise in the areas of litigation, administrative law, the law of charities and non-profit organizations, and corporate commercial law. She has also participated, with Bruce Lee, as Plan Counsel for the Walkerton Compensation Plan since March of 2001. This has involved advising the Administrator of the Plan on the resolution of thousands of claims, and appearing and participating in many mediations and arbitrations. Milena has served as the legal member of the CPP pension review tribunal. She has obtained her Certificate of Achievement in ADR and Advanced ADR from the University of Windsor.

Mark Lee

As part of his third year law school curriculum, Mark was one of twenty-five students accepted into the ADR training class provided by Alan Stitt (Stitt Feld Handy Group). He received practical, hands-on training in the field of mediation.

From 1998 to 2001 he was involved in an Ontario Small Claims Court mediation project initiated by the Honourable Justice Shelley McGill to provide mediation services to parties involved in litigation in Small Claims Court. This provided him with valuable experience as a mediator.

He has also appeared as counsel on numerous mediations in civil litigation cases.
